LARAPIN is a multidisciplinary creative studio with projects that span residential interiors, preservation-based real estate development, product collaborations, and styling. Founded by Creative Director Jordan Bagus, known for her accessible design approach to renovating old homes, the studio is committed to creating layered modern interiors that evoke depth and celebrate history. This highly attuned approach has earned LARAPIN national recognition - notably, the recent landmarked City Park Victorian project, which received a feature in the design publication Apartment Therapy.
WHO IS LARAPIN?
Jordan began her career in New York City, where she studied Interior Design and went on to work for internationally renowned design firms, Jeffrey Beers International and Creme Design. Her role as lead designer on hospitality projects garnered national recognition, including winning a finalist prize in the 2013 Hospitality Design Awards.
In 2016, upon moving back to her home town Denver CO, Jordan purchased and renovated a neglected Victorian home which became the founding inspiration behind LARAPIN, combining her intuitive knack for real estate with her interior design expertise and passion for old homes. Grounded by extensive knowledge in construction and renovation, Jordan loves to roll up her sleeves and get creative using accessible solutions to create soulful layered interiors. Whether she is advising on the purchase of a home, or consulting on the design, Jordan finds joy in sharing with clients her unique approach to envisioning spaces.
